Forton Construction as registered class 2 building practitioners & body corporate specialize in custom designs, new home builds, knock down rebuilds, granny flats, low-rise residential, warehouse, retail, shop fitting, commercial fit outs, renovation, extensions, remediation and Modular Building projects throughout Sydney.
Forton has developed a sound reputation for consulting and construction services in the construction, infrastructure, remediation and resource industries. As Director, Tian is responsible for developing Forton Group’s strategic vision. His background in project development management and construction.
Tian has been playing key roles in few landmark projects including the second biggest US Embassy in the world and the largest hospital in Australia the Adelaide Hospital etc.
Being an experienced pre-construction, technical, construction, development and project management professional in the field of quantity surveying, tender bid, building construction, development management and project management serving the construction and property industry for over 20 years gaining a vast range of experience having worked on projects across the commercial, industrial, aged-care, hospitality, government/defence, residential and retail in a Client-Negotiated, D&C or Construct Only.
Peter Yi
Project Manager
Project Manager with more than 25 years’ experience including 15 years local project management experience, and skilled in full life cycle project management and control from single dwelling to high rise apartment and industrial projects.
David Yu
Senior Service Manager
David has been working in the building services consulting industry for over 30 years; he undertook his formal qualifications in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. He also gained his early work experience in China before settling permanently in Australia over twenty (20) years ago. He had been working for various building services consultancies in Sydney, Canberra, Townswell & Newcastle.
